What People Are Saying

“Dan has brought together a tight knit group of highly experienced professionals to develop an education platform that will benefit anybody looking to improve their skills. His bio will give you an idea of what he personally brings to the range, and what knowledge and experience he can share with those fortunate enough to find themselves in one of his courses. Additionally, he incorporates the knowledge and skills of the diverse group of professionals he considers friends and colleagues, be it Special Operation members, active/retired armed forces, law enforcement, SWAT officers, Tactical Medics, Fire, EMS, or Trauma Medical professionals, Dan will do his best to make sure you leave the range more prepared to deal with the most stressful moments life can throw at you.”

I am a current Northern California Police Inspector with experience in gang task force and a current SWAT member. I have been training with Dan for the past year. His years of military service and continued training has made him the most knowledgeable firearms trainer I know. He provides some of the safest, most professional, realistic, practical and fun range training I have been a part of. If you want hard realistic training with no gimmicks and are willing to work hard and earn these skill sets, see Dan Harrington.

I’ve known Craig Wong for 14 years as deputy sheriff and a friend. Over those years, I’ve seen Craig teach and mentor hundreds of people in the real use of a firearm. Too often, people that call themselves trainers are unwilling to push students to understand the reality of shooting. Putting holes in paper is not the goal for Craig. Winning is Craig’s goal. From the SWAT team to the range, Craig has seen it all. His instruction will leave you tired, sore, but confident in your abilities. Several people are alive today because of his training and the mindset to win. Craig can teach the basic shooter and the advanced shooter how to stay alive.

I have known and worked closely with Craig Wong for over 10 years. During that time, we worked as range instructors for the Napa County Sheriff’s Office. In this position Craig was the lead instructor for not only department ranges, but he also supervised the range for incoming recruits for that department. Craig has also been the firearms and tactics instructor for the same sheriff’s office SWAT team, of which I was a member. Craig has a unique dedication to his craft and he takes personal pride in teaching firearms and tactics. He does not teach from a desire of making money, but from a love of the subject matter. I have never observed him give anything less than his best efforts to his students. I know from personal experience that he will not end a training day, unless he is absolutely sure his students are proficient in what is being taught. I strongly recommend Craig for the position as a range instructor in your training cadre.
